Signing in

The console is at watchtower.page.

Email and password

Sign in with the email address and password for your account. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you are asked for a code after your password.

Passkeys

You can register a passkey — a fingerprint, face, device PIN, or hardware security key — and sign in with it instead of typing a password. Manage passkeys under Account Settings → Security → Passkeys.

A passkey is bound to the device that created it. Register one on each device you sign in from, and keep a password or a second passkey as a fallback so losing a device does not lock you out.

Two-factor authentication

Enable it under Account Settings → Security. Once enabled, signing in asks for a code from your authenticator app after your password.

Save your recovery codes somewhere that is not the device running the authenticator. They are the only way back in if you lose it.

Accepting the licence

The first time you sign in you are shown the end-user licence agreement and asked to accept it. The checkbox stays disabled until you have scrolled to the bottom.

The current agreement is always readable at watchtower.page/license/v1.0, signed in or not. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp.

Creating an account

Account registration is not currently open to the public. If you need an account, email support@watchtower.page.
